The conveyor belt of talent never stops! Stone Marine actively runs an apprenticeship program that will include three future engineers.
This year’s recruits are Leo Ness, Luke Roland and Alex Miller. We had over 50 applicants for three 1st year apprentice roles. These young men are very lucky; they have a lot to learn over the next five years before they’re service-ready. They join the business at an exciting time. With ambitious plans to grow our service network, these young men have a bright future. The apprenticeship programme runs in tandem with our graduate programme, providing opportunities for young, ambitious talent.
